Project Description

The aim of the project is to diversify the activities of Chomik Sp. z o.o. by introducing two new services to its offer:

· Comprehensive recycling of land unsuitable for development using the in situ method,

· Comprehensive recycling of road structures using the in situ method.

The implementation of the project will contribute to the reduction of waste generated by introducing services for the processing of soil and materials unsuitable for use in the construction process into fully-fledged material. This will significantly reduce the costs and emissions associated with the transport of material. As part of the services provided, multi-stage activities will be undertaken to process the excavated material directly on the site of the investment

Furthermore, the implementation of the project will contribute to:

· reduction of raw material consumption,

· shortening of investment completion times and reduction of investment-related nuisances,

· cost reduction through lower expenditure on materials and waste disposal,

· increased competitiveness of the company on the market.

The target market for the services will be mainly domestic. The key customer groups will be:

· Public and private investors planning to build industrial facilities on plots with difficult ground conditions,

· General contractors carrying out large road and industrial projects,

· Operators and owners of logistics and industrial facilities,

· District and provincial road authorities,

· Forest road administrators,

· Companies competing with ours, but not having such advanced technology at their disposal.

The project will involve the purchase of equipment necessary to introduce the above-mentioned services into our offer and then to provide them. Construction machinery and laboratory equipment will be purchased to be used for the provision of the above-mentioned services. Due to the scope of the project, it also envisages an increase in the number of employees
